Ukraine's Kubela: Zero progress in talks with Russia on Thursday


Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kubela said on Friday that there had been zero progress in talks with Russia on Thursday, reported Bloomberg. The Russian position changes all the time, Kubela added, and talks have not impacted Russia's behaviour on the ground. Any pledge of Ukrainian neutrality must come with security guarantees, he added, saying that direct talks between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Russian President Vladimir Putin would be "helpful".
