The S&P500 may go up 15 percent in the first part of the year, but I believe, when it falls, it will wipe out the entire gain of the first part of the year with a negative sign in front of it.
If the 10-year goes above 2.63... it will accelerate higher and equity markets are going to be spooked and maybe that's the cocktail that is coming our way.
Financial markets have not priced-in a "more hawkish" ECB, maybe that's why the euro has started to rally... maybe it will rally further.

EUR/USD: US Dollar to remain pressured until uncertainty fog dissipates

In addition, hawkish comments from the BoE’s Pill are also collaborating with the quid’s improvement.

Gold: Volatility persists in commodity space

After losing more than 8% to end the previous week, Gold remained under heavy selling pressure on Monday and dropped toward $4,400. Although XAU/USD staged a decisive rebound afterward, it failed to stabilize above $5,000. The US economic calendar will feature Nonfarm Payrolls and Consumer Price Index data for January, which could influence the market pricing of the Federal Reserve’s policy outlook and impact Gold’s performance.
