EU's Juncker: 'Highly probable' that UK will not leave EU on March 29, GBP unfazed

European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker is reported by German Radio, as saying that “as far as I know, letter from the UK PM May has not yet arrived.”
Further Comments:
“There will be no negotiations on Brexit deal.
We have moved considerably to accommodate Britain, we cannot do more.
UK PM May must bring clear plans to the EU summit if she wants an extension on Brexit.
I do not want a no deal Brexit.
Going into this week’s summit in a relaxed way but am not upbeat.”
EU leaders likely have to meet next week to finalize Brexit extension.
