By using FXStreet Premium you agree to the privacy policy and terms of use stated below.

Please read this document carefully. It details the services which we will provide and it sets out the obligations and rights applying between you and ForexStreet S.L.U. Ixf there is anything in this document that you do not understand or with which you do not agree, do not use our Services.

The Company uses a Discord server through which FXS Analysts do not offer financial advice or personal recommendations but rather their real-time market view and comments on potential upcoming scenarios. Their insights should be used as a complement to your own research.

The Company provides generic information to its subscribers and it is strongly advised that the client(s) should consult with a Financial Advisor before proceeding to copy the Company's trades.

While all information posted is believed to come from reliable sources, the Company. does not guarantee the accuracy, correctness, or completeness of information available from its service and therefore will not be liable for any loss incurred.

FXStreet Premium Service does not provide investment advice, nor provide any personalized investment recommendations and/or advice in making a decision to trade.

No guarantee is made that any user of this service will or is likely to achieve results advised by the widget. There is often a large difference between theoretical performance and the actual results later reached by any trading platform. There are many influencing factors related to either the market, in general, or to the specific implementation of any signals which can affect actual trading buy/sell results.

Availability of Our Services

Our Services may be interrupted, including for maintenance, upgrades, or network or equipment failures. We may discontinue some or all of our Services, including certain features and the support for certain devices and platforms, at any time.

We may modify, suspend, or terminate your access to or use of our Services anytime for any reason, such as if you violate the letter or spirit of our Terms or create harm, risk, or possible legal exposure for FXStreet Premium.

Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

Our Terms and Policies. You must use FXStreet Premium according to our Terms and posted policies. If we disable your account for a violation of our Terms, you will not create another account without our permission.

Legal and Acceptable Use.You agree to use FXStreet Premium only for legal, authorized, and acceptable purposes. You will not use (or assist others in using) our Services in ways that violate or infringe the rights of FXStreet Premium, our users, or others, including privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other proprietary rights.

Harm to FXStreet Premium.You must not (or assist others to) access, use, modify, distribute, transfer, or exploit our Services in unauthorized manners, or in ways that harm FXStreet Premium, our Services, or systems. For example, you must not (a) gain or try to gain unauthorized access to our Services or systems; (b) disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services; (c) create accounts for our Services through unauthorized or automated means; (d) collect information about our users in any unauthorized manner; or (e) sell, rent, or charge for our Services.

Third-party services.Our Services may allow you to access, use, or interact with third-party websites, apps, content, and other products and services. When you use third-party services, their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services.

Information you provide / Account information / Privacy of user data.FXStreet Premium does not sell, rent or monetize your personal data or content in any way - ever. FXStreet Service notifications cannot be accessed by other third parties or us because they are always end-to-end encrypted, private, and secure. You register a phone number when you create an FXStreet Premium account. Phone numbers are used to provide our Services to you and other FXStreet Premium users. You may optionally add other information to your account, such as a profile name and profile picture. This information is end-to-end encrypted.

Your Rights and License with FXStreet Premium

Your Rights.You own the information you submit through our Services. You must have the right to the phone number you use to sign up for your FXStreet Premium account.

FXStreet Premium's Rights.We own all copyrights, trademarks, domains, logos, trade dress, trade secrets, patents, and other intellectual property rights associated with our Services. You may not use our copyrights, trademarks, domains, logos, trade dress, patents, and other intellectual property rights unless you have our written permission.

FXStreet Premium's License to You.FXStreet Premium grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use our Services in accordance with these Terms.
If we decide to discontinue to provide the Service, we will inform you by providing at least a 3 (three) calendar days' notice (which may be provided by email, facsimile etc.); These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Barcelona, Spain, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. The competent courts in Barcelona Spain shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction regarding any dispute or claim arising hereunder.

FXStreet Payment, Renewal & Fraud Protection Policy for Premium Membership

Payment.You represent that you are at least the minimum age required to enter into a legal agreement. You agree to pay us for any Subscription Based Services you purchase from us, as well as all other charges incurred under your account, including applicable taxes and fees. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account, including purchases made by you or anyone you allow to use your account or any sub-or linked accounts (including any person with implied, actual, or apparent authority) or anyone who gains access to your account as a result of your failure to safeguard your authentication credentials. You authorize and direct us to charge your designated payment method for these charges or, if it fails, to charge any other payment method you have on file with us, even if we received it in association with other Subscription Based Services. You are responsible for all charges even if your payment method fails or is denied. You authorize and direct us to retain all information about any payment method(s) associated with your account. We may import payment information you entered during a prior purchase and provide you the option to use that payment information during purchase of a new product. You permit us to obtain and use updated information from the issuer of your payment method in accordance with the policies and procedures of any applicable card brands. We may in some instances continue charging a payment method past its expiration date at our discretion and subject to the payment processors' or issuing bank's approval. Surcharges may apply if you use certain payment methods, such as payment from your checking or savings account. We may charge for Subscription Based Services in advance and on a daily, monthly, yearly, lump sum, or other basis in accordance with the stated terms, as long as your subscription remains active, even if you have not downloaded or used such Service or accessed your online account. We may (and you authorize us to) take steps to verify the validity of the credit card information you provide to us. You authorize us to do so for verification and anti-fraud purposes.

Renewal. We use auto-renewal for many of our Subscription Based Services. At the expiration of each subscription term for such Subscription Based Services, we will automatically renew your subscription and charge the credit card or other payment method you have provided to us, unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Unless otherwise stated herein, your subscription will be automatically renewed at the then-current price, excluding promotional and discount pricing. We may, in our sole discretion, post charges to your payment method individually or aggregate charges for some or all of your Subscription Based Services with us.

Fraud Protection.We may take steps to verify the validity of the credit card information you provide to us, including debiting amounts less than $1.00 from your credit card and then immediately crediting it back. You authorize us to do so for verification and anti-fraud purposes.

FXStreet Refund & Cancellation Policy for Premium Membership

If you are not satisfied with the service that you have purchased, you can request a full refund in the first 10 days of your subscription, after those initial 10 days you will not be eligible for a refund of the subscription cost of the Premium service. Please note that this does not include third-party offers on our site.

We encourage our customers to try the service in the initial days after their purchase to ensure it fits their needs.

Please note that all refunds will be credited to the original card/account used for the subscription.

Notice to Apple App Users

To the extent You are using the App on an iOS device, You acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions form an agreement between You and the Company, not with Apple Inc. (“ Apple ”), and that Apple is not responsible for the Services or the content thereof. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Services. If the Services fails to conform to any applicable warranty, You may notify Apple and Apple will refund any applicable purchase price for the mobile application to you; and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the Services. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by You or any third-party relating to the Services or your possession and/or use of the Services, including (a) product liability claims; (b) any claim that the Services fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; or (c) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation. Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any third-party claim that the Services and/or your possession and use of the Services infringe a third-party’s intellectual property rights. You agree to comply with any applicable third-party terms when using the Services. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and Conditions, and upon your acceptance these Terms and Conditions, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce them against You as a third-party beneficiary. You hereby represent and warrant that: (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

In Purchases:

When You make an In-App Purchase, payment will be charged to your Apple account at confirmation of the purchase.

In-App Purchases may take the form of a subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited when You purchase a subscription (where applicable).

In-App Purchases may take the form of an auto-renewable subscription. These subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. You may manage the subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Apple account settings after purchase.

FXStreet Premium Unlimited access Membership

This section sets out the terms and conditions that apply to the FXStreet Premium Unlimited access Deal.

Under this deal, you may purchase an unlimited access subscription to use the FXStreet Premium so long as the FXStreet Premium service is running.

By creating an account with FXStreet Premium, you accept these terms, along with our FXStreet Terms of Service and all other relevant terms and conditions. Do not participate in the FXStreet Premium if you do not wish to be bound by these terms.

Please read these FXStreet Premium and FXStreet Terms carefully and ensure you understand them before you refer a user to us.

ELIGIBILITY

Any user who creates an FXStreet Premium Account and purchases an Unlimited Access subscription during the promotional period may participate in the Lifetime deal.

UNLIMITED ACCESS SCOPE

The Unlimited access is subject to the following scope:

(a) The Promotional Period may end at any time subject to FXStreet's sole discretion.

(b) Unlimited access shall be made to the holder of the FXStreet Account for the duration of that user's lifetime. Such right shall immediately terminate upon the user being declared deceased. Such right shall not be transferable.

(c) Unlimited access shall be made available so long as the FXStreet Premium Service is available.

(d) The FXStreet Premium Service and its features may change anytime.

(e) Unlimited access shall not continue where technological changes make the FXStreet Premium Service obsolete.

(f) Unlimited access shall not continue where FXStreet ceases to operate, suspends the FXStreet Premium Service, is declared bankrupt, or otherwise ceases to operate.

TERMINATION

The Unlimited access may be terminated in the following circumstances:(a) Where you are declared deceased;(b) Where you are in breach of these or any other FXStreet Premium Terms;(c) When FXStreet decides to discontinue the service due to one of the reasons described in
