Paul Carlone, the founder of Marketable Meteorology, is a meteorologist specializing in the financial, energy, and agricultural sectors. Born in Iowa and raised in the cornfields of Illinois he has over ten years of experience in the agricultural field, working at both Pioneer Hybrid and the USDA, he also has operated as a forecaster or meteorologist for the past six years. Carlone holds a BS in Meteorology with a minor in mathematics from Western Illinois University and will complete his MS in meteorology at Iowa State University this spring, with a focus on wind energy and agriculture. As the founder of Marketable Meteorology he has consulted or worked with the commodity, agricultural, aerospace, hydrological, and meteorology communities.
