I am a senior analyst in a proprietary trading firm in the heart of the city of London. I joined the firm on an intensive training programme as was hired to help train new trainees. I also trade across different asset classes, specialising in equity indices. I also trade Government Credit, Currency pairs and Commodities such as Oil and Gold futures. I'm currently working closely with summer interns and I am passionate about better preparing students interested in careers in finance. I also write articles with the specific aim of informing those who are interested in trading about the current financial market climate and also how students and young people can best prepare for the long road to securing a job in finance.
