Japan's chief cabinet secretary Suga reiterated that PM Abe will make his decision on the sales tax hike appropriately at the appropriate time.

While as reported here, the Govt source could well be the Japanese chief cabinet secretary Suga crossing the wires via Reuters.

A lot of chatter was doing the rounds a day before that PM Abe could announce a sales tax hike delay as early as next Monday.
