US Pres. Trump: Growth is beating market expectations

"GDP growth during the four quarters of 2018 was the fastest since 2005. This Administration is the first on record to have experienced economic growth that meets or exceeds its own forecasts in each of its first two years in office. GROWTH is beating MARKET EXPECTATIONS!," U.S. President Donald Trump recently tweeted out.

There was no market reaction to Trump's remarks and major equity indexes in the U.S. were trading mixed with the Dow Jones Industrial Average erasing 0.08% on the day, the S&P 50 500 adding 0.1% and the Nasdaq Composite staying flat at 7,305 points.
