US: Initial weekly jobless claims decrease by 10,000 to 203,000

"In the week ending September 1, the advance figure for seasonally adjusted initial claims was 203,000, a decrease of 10,000 from the previous week's unrevised level of 213,000," the U.S. Department of Labor announced on Thursday.
