FBI Chief: China is the most comprehensive threat to the US

In an interview on Fox News early Thursday, the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Director Christopher Wray warned that China is the most comprehensive threat to the US, in light of the cyber-theft, coronavirus mishandling etc.

Market reaction 

The risk-averse market environment extends into Asia this Thursday, as trade wars take center stage amid the US tariffs on EU and US threatening retaliatory tariffs on China.

AUD/USD remains pressured and eyes 0.6850 while USD/JPY regains 107.00 amid broad dollar strength. Meanwhile, S&P 500 futures tread water in early dealings.
